| Duties | Sorting collected metal scrap by type; processing and packing metal using heavy equipment and machinery; inventory management for shipping/receiving and yard organization; other general yard work. |
| Employment | Regular: no fixed term. Contract: fixed term (4 months or more), conversion to regular possible (0 conversions in past 3 years). Probation 3 months, same conditions. |
| Requirements | Education and experience not required. Regular: age 64 or under (retirement age); Contract: no age limit. |
| Licenses | Forklift operator; vehicle-type construction machinery operator; ordinary driver's license (AT OK) — preferred, may be obtained after joining. |
| Location | 16-19-2 Yunoo, Minamiechizen-cho, Nanjo-gun, Fukui 919-0101; 3 min walk from Yunoo Station (Hapi-Line Fukui). Car commuting OK (free parking). No transfers. |
| Salary | JPY 250,000–300,000 per month; no fixed overtime pay. Qualification allowance up to JPY 5,000/month. Commuting allowance JPY 15,000/month. Closing: month-end; paid on the 10th of the following month. Raise and bonus systems: yes (none in previous year). |
| Hours | 9:30–17:30 (break 12:30–13:30, 60 min). Overtime: approx. 10 hours/month. |
| Holidays | Saturdays, Sundays and others (two days off weekly); Golden Week, summer and year-end holidays. 115 days/year. 10 days paid leave after 6 months. |
